Outdoor SUP Fitness & Yoga
Fitness while having fun, improving your proprioception, your sixth sense… your quality of life!
SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness and SUP Yoga Mix Fitness are classes where you will perform simple and effective movements. The classes are suitable for all levels, you don’t need to have any experience. The sessions are progressive and modifications are offered throughout each class, to take your time or to challenge you further. The boards are more stable than they look, although there is still an extra challenge. Your proprioception will be stimulated and your tone will be strengthened in the buttocks, abdominals and spine.
SUP Yoga focus: Flexibility, endurance, balance, stretching and relaxation.
SUP Fitness focus: Toning, abs, glutes, motor skills, endurance, strength training, cardio, and balance.
SUP Fitness FAC focus: Focus on glutes, abs and thighs.
SUP Yoga Fitness focus: Mix of fitness and power yoga. Intensity and short relaxation.
For SUP yoga and SUP fitness; if you don’t have your own paddle board you can rent it on site for an extra 6.50$+taxes.
In case of bad weather, classes will be offered indoors in the Shed studio on a yoga mat or on our balance boards (Capacity of 7 participants indoors due to the covid, so the first 7 registered will have priority).
